GB racer Charlie Guest wins Funäsdalen GS

The second of two great performances from GB athletes last weekend saw Alpine racer Charlie Guest win a FIS GS race in Funäsdalen with a PB of 14,89 FIS points (sharing top spot with Nathalie Eklund from Sweden).Charlie said: "I was lucky to be drawn bib 1 today as last in the seed, however, I am just really pleased that I managed to keep up with the other girls, particularly the Swedish and Germans, and now know that I can ski the points that I made in New Zealand in Europe."
Next on the race calendar for Guest is THE Schaldming FIS Giant Slalom races in Austria on 5th-6th December.
