News Flash - Alpe d'Huez to open Weekends - 16th November 2013

This just in from our roving newshound (last reported to be in a Starbucks in the North of, er, England so he's probably lost)...Alpe d'Huez is planning to open this weekend, three weeks ahead of the planned opening date.

NOTE :- WEEKENDS ONLY until the official opening; you should confirm direct with the Tourist Office before making travel arrangements, but if you fancy getting an early weekend trip then this is (another) option!
Our full weekly snow report, with what's open where, will be out early this afternoon but we thought we'd share this!
