Les Angles Overview
Notable Ski Runs
The most difficult run is the 'Lou Bac'.
Skiing
The ski area at Les Angles has a very 'open' feel to it, with big skies and distant peaks that give it a feeling of space. The tree line is considerably higher than The Alps, so the majority of runs are 'tree-lined' but still wide and open. Extensive snow-making is in place, covering around 70% of the marked runs.
Les Angles for Beginners
The Village sector has five easy, nursery, slopes just below the village of Les Angles. On the mountain, there are numerous longer (some very long, in fact!) Green runs in the Bigorre area and - descending back to town - through Pla Del Mir. These are great runs for early and less-confident skiers to feel they're making progress and going places.
Les Angles for Intermediates
A number of Blue-graded and easy Reds, particularly in the Jassettes sector, will let intermediates stretch their legs and start to build their ski miles.
Les Angles for Experts
There are half a dozen Black-graded runs. Although these are perhaps a little less steep than you might find elsewhere, they should keep good skiers entertained.
Les Angles offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.
Snowboarding
Contains a Snowboard Park with a dedicated 'boarders only lift, and a boarder cross.
