You cannot take advantage of the Snow Guarantee on the day of your scheduled arrival nor during your stay, only up to 5pm on the day prior to your arrival date There are multiple transport options to get to the Hotel. If you are driving a vehicle, although the roads are cleared of snow as required, it is compulsory to carry wheel chains in your vehicle. Once you enter the Mountain (gate entry fees apply) you drive to the carparks, where oversnow 4WD taxis bring you to the hotel, for an additional charge.
