Summary

Villard Reculas is part of the Alpe d’Huez grand domaine Ski area with access to 389km of downhill skiing, with 304 marked pistes, served by a total of 150 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Villard Reculas itself (10 pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Alpe d’Huez grand domaine Ski ski resorts of Alpe d'Huez, Auris-en-Oisans, Oz-en-Oisans and Vaujany.

With ski lifts as high as 3,330m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Villard Reculas is Grenoble, 60 minutes drive away.

Chambery, Annecy, Lyon Bron, Lyon St-Exupéry, Geneva, Saint-Étienne, Turin Caselle and Avignon airports are all within three hours drive.

Grenoble is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Snow-making is available, on 2km of ski runs, with 15 snow cannons.
