The French ski resort of Valfréjus is in the French Alps at an altitude of 1,550m, with 52km of marked runs.


Valfréjus has direct access to 52km of downhill skiing, with 20 marked pistes, served by a total of 12 ski lifts.

The ski resort itself is at 1,550m, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With ski lifts as high as 2,740m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.


Valfréjus offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.


Valfréjus offers some good boarding and there are a variety of Snow and Terrain Parks in Valfréjus.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Valfréjus is Chambery, 70 minutes drive away.

Grenoble, Turin Caselle, Annecy, Geneva, Lyon St-Exupéry, Turin Cuneo, Lyon Bron, Genoa and Milan Malpensa airports are all within three hours drive.


Ski Lift Capacity

The 12 ski lifts are able to uplift 10,000 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

When is Valfréjus open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Mid April.
