Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Destination #50 is located in Placentia. This recently renovated holiday home is located 13 km from Disneyland and 14 km from Anaheim Convention Center.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This accommodation does not accept local guests who live within a 50 mile radius of the property. No outside music of any kind is allowed. No outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Accommodation is for overnight sleeping purposes only. No gathering events, nor extra guests are allowed. Homes are protected with outdoor security cameras. There are no inside cameras.
