Important Information
Effective from February 15th, 2018, the City of Dana Point has instituted a smoking ban throughout the cities of Dana Point and Capistrano Beach. The only places you may legally smoke in either city are in your car or your personal residence. The nearest city to us that allows smoking is San Juan Capistrano which is 1 mile away. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department will be enforcing this code as fines of increasing amounts will be levied for each infraction.
Please note the resort fee will be collected upon check-in.
The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification.
The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If a guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorisation form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification.
