This traditional Aranese hotel offers charming rooms with views of the surrounding Vall d’Aran Mountains. Set in the small village of Unha, Hostal Escuils is 10 minutes’ drive from Baqueira Ski Resort.
The property features a stone façade, a slate roof and wooden finishes.
Each attractive room at the family-run Hostal Esculis has simple, mountain-style décor with beamed ceilings. All rooms have heating, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi is available at the Esculis’ reception, where there is also ski storage. There is free public parking just 50 metres from the guest house.
Unha features a church with frescoes dating from the 12th century, as well as the Museo de la Nieve Museum.
The centre of Naut Aran and the Garona River are within 500 metres from the Esculis. Vielha is a 20-minute drive away, while the French border is approximately 30 km from the property.
