Please inform La Chimenea Cantabra in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: - After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. - You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. - The property only accepts pets in the "Two bedroom house" and the property only accepts 1 dog with an additional fee of 20 EUR and the 5 bedroom house the pets are not allowed. - DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED FOR DAMAGES AT THE ENTRANCE IN THE TWO BEDROOM HOUSE IT WILL BE 50 EUROS IN THE FIVE BEDROOM HOUSE IT WILL BE 200 EUROS THE RETURN WILL BE ON DEPARTURE AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID IN CASH.
