For extended stays (25 nights or more), guests will cover utility costs (water and electricity). Please be aware that all guests are required to present their identification documents, as well as any information requested by local authorities, within 24 hours after receiving our reservation request message on the booking platform. This is to subsequently provide you with the check-in instructions, in compliance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations for individuals or legal entities engaged in lodging activities). Failure to meet this requirement may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the implementation of the cancellation policy, which, depending on the situation, may result in either partial or full non-refund of the reservation amount.
