In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 21 Mar 2024 until Wed 31 Dec 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to the exceptional emergency situation due to an extraordinary DROUGHT that our community is going through, the Junta de Andalucía has prohibited maintenance work on the swimming pools, which is why they have had to be closed. The measures will be reviewed periodically, so it cannot be guaranteed that you will be able to enjoy the pool during your stay. Among the measures adopted by the City Council is also the closure of showers on the beach and the fountains on the promenade. This is a situation that is beyond our control, totally beyond our control, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
