This one bedroom duplex apartment was developed in the two middle floors of the building, facing the masonry side. Wooden floor was applied throughout the apartment providing its full soundproofing, in order to provide a more comfortable and cosy stay. The entrance floor contemplates a living area prepared with a sofa bed and a fully furnished dining area for a pleasant and convenient use. The kitchen, which also integrates this floor, is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The upper floor offers a large sleeping area composed by a very cosy room with a double bed, an office area with natural light, a small closet, as well as a bathroom that combines the use of traditional materials with a contemporary language in order to answer the demands of today.
