Nestled right on the foot of Mt. Fuji, Sawa Hotel provides shuttle services which can take guests to Fuji-Q Highland and Kawaguchiko Station within 5 minutes.

Important Information

Please inform Sawa Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, only cash is accepted and payment is due at check-in. Even if a credit card was used to guarantee the booking, that card will not be accepted for payment purposes. For breakfast, please make a reservation upon check-in (extra costs will apply). To use the free shuttle bus to/from Kawaguchiko Station or Fujikyu Highland, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Shuttle services are available between 15:00 and 18:00. For cars that are larger than regular size, parking must be reserved in advance. Parking is not available without advance request. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. Please be informed that child rates are applicable to children 6 years and younger, and adult rates are applicable to children 7 years and older. Children who are 2 years and younger may sleep in an existing bed for free. Please contact the property for more details.
