Boasting a view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Maruei feature warmly decorated Japanese-style rooms and is located a 15-minute bus ride from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The ryokan offers a traditional Japanese kaiseki meal for dinner.
Important Information
Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note the property may request your credit card CVC code to secure your reservation. If you do not provide your code, the property may cancel your booking. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station is available between 14:00-17:00. Please contact the property after arriving at Kawaguchiko Station. Dinner is served in either the guest room or a private dining room. Please note, guest preferences cannot be accommodated. [Renovation work on the exterior walls and inside the building is done from 8:00 to 18:00, from May 6, 2024 to June 28, 2024.] During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the perimeter, and the building will be covered with a protective sheet, which will affect the view. In addition, workers will be moving outside the windows between 10:00 to 15:00. Please be noted that there may be some noise, vibrations, and paint odors associated with the construction work.
