In winter (from September) we switch on the gaz heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the meters reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple rooms, the security deposit is 100euro/room. For long-term stays, the deposit is 200euro per room. We can accommodate up to 21 people in total in our 2 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra each started hour!
