Artist Residence Schwabing is a spacious apartment situated in Munich, 1.1 km from the Old and New Pinakothek and 2 km from the English Garden.
Designed and furnished by the artist Georg Weiss, the elegant apartment consists of 2 large linked rooms, a 3rd room, hallway and bathroom. It features sliding walls and mirrors on the walls.
Fruit is provided and the fridge is also filled with surprises. Guests staying longer receive high-quality bathrobes.
The Artist Residence Schwabing is just 400 metres from Hohenzollernplatz underground station on the U2 line. This offers direct links to Messe München (Munich trade fair) in just 25 minutes.
On site is also a cinema with an extentaible 12-metre projection screen. Apple TV and a broad range of channels are available.
