Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity consumption is charged separately between 01 September to 31 March each year. It is currently charged at EUR 0.30 per kilowatt hour. Free pellets (15kg per bag from November to March). Pellets are available all year round at purchase price. Guests may bring their own bed linen or else hire it at the property for EUR 15 per set. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15€ per pet, per stay applies. Maximum 2 pets. The prepayment is due prior to arrival via bank transfer. Managed by a private host
