You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property will make a pre-authorisation on your credit card after the reservation: Holiday Home (6 Adults) - EUR 150 Holiday Home (4 Adults) - EUR 100 The pre-authorisation is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If no damages are caused by the guests, the pre-authorisation will be released.
