Exceptional view of the Bauges massif and the central massif of the Alps, the Grand Arc. In the heart of nature, 5 minutes by bike from the town of Albertville and its services In summer, the cottage is located near to the beautiful hikes in the park, 5 minutes by car from the Abbaye de Tamié and the Fort de Tamié adventure park, 25 minutes from Lake Annecy, near the beautiful natural waters of the Combe de Savoie (Grignon, Grésy st Isère, St Pierre d'Albigny…all less than 15 minutes away) In winter, the Gîte de Noémie is at the foot of the ski resorts of La Sambuy (snow stadium 15 minutes by car), the resort of Les Saisies or Crest Voland (35 minutes) and Méribel in the heart of the 3 valleys 40 minutes away . Ideal site for sledding, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing, the Val de Tamié is less than 10 minutes away by car. This studio features a 30m² terrace, LAN - internet and a TV.
