The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Piscine #1 is closed from Mon 01 Jan 2024 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cleaning fees applies on July and August 2024 as following: One-bedroom House: 60EUR per stay Three-bedroom house: 85EUR per stay Six-bedroom house: 130EUR per stay. Electricity usage is charged extra 0.30 EUR per kWh when used From 1st October to the 31st of March to be paid during the stay, based on consumption.
