In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to specify the number of adults and children staying in the apartments prior to arrival. The EUR 55 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price .
