This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that construction work is going on at the property and some rooms may be affected by noise. Due to the ongoing construction works the designated parking space for 23 is being moved slightly further from it's current location. There are still designated visitor parking spaces available. These works should last for 1-2 week. (Uploaded 04/01/24).
