Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact reception if you plan to arrive later than 23:59 on the day of arrival as accommodations will only be held until this time and may be subsequently cancelled. Bookings of five or more rooms are subject to the group booking Terms and Conditions. A 25% non-refundable deposit payment is required at the time of booking with the final balance due on arrival. Cancellation or modification of all rooms is permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. The resort reserves the right to refuse your check-in or to terminate your stay where any Guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Our anti-social behaviour policy is available on request.
