Important Information
Please inform Puddleduck Valley in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Small and medium-sized dogs are permitted in the Holiday cottages and the Standard apartment (Appleloft Suite) . Extra conditions apply.

The apartment has a private unfenced garden 10m from the door. The apartment is set in the converted farmhouse and has views over the gardens. Pets cannot be accommodated in this apartment. Small dogs are accepted in this apartment
Holiday Home (Sleeps 3, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom)
This holiday home has an enclosed private garden with a barbecue and picnic bench. The master room comes with a king size bed and there is a hotel-style bathroom. Offering garden views, the accommodation also has a TV with DVD player, lounge and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave oven, fridge and all cooking ware. A private wood fired hot tub is available (Apr to Oct) for an additional charge.

This authentic Mongolian yurt can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children in 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds. Featuring a wood burning stove and a private bathroom 2 minutes' walk in the main house. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated.

This luxury yurt features a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and outdoor furniture. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a private entrance.Towels and linen is provided. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated.
