The balcony offers stunning views of Dartmoor National Park. The room has its own lounge area with 40-inch TV with integrated DVD player, 3 seater sofa, wardrobe, dressing table, iron and ironing board. En-suite shower room with plenty soft towel, bathrobes and slippers, free toiletries and hairdryer. Tea/coffee making facilities, cookies and central heating are available.

Situated on the second floor this room has a compact en-suite with heated towel rail. From the 2 velux windows, guests can enjoy views to the South towards Dartmoor. This quirky, unique studio is lovely self-contained unit. The perfect country retreat. It is fully equipped with electric oven and top, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Tucked away behind its own private entrance and offering open plan interior with access to the garden and lovely countryside views. An extremely comfortable king size bed is situated on the mezzanine. A 32” TV with two seater sofa and log burner. Shower room has a large walk in shower. Fluffy towels, bath robes and slippers. The perfect place to retreat to after a day discovering all that Devon has to offer
