Important Information
Please inform The Manor Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. For bookings of 3 or more rooms, we ask a 50% non refundable deposit. If cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival no further charges will be made. For individual bookings of three or more nights a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken on booking. If cancelled 7 or more days before arrival no further charges apply. The guesthouse is closed between 10.30hrs and 16.00hrs when check in opens. Check in is open until 21.00hrs. If you require a later check in please contact us no earlier than 3 days before arrival. All rooms are non smoking. If guests arrive with a higher number of people that the booked facility can accommodate, the Manor reserves the right to refuse to accommodate the extra people or the whole party.

The ground-floor rooms open out to the walled garden via a covered walkway. First-floor rooms all have a garden view. Bedrooms are located just a few metres from the main house and reception entrance.
Family Room (4 People) (Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom)
Family rooms for 4 have a double bed and 2 single beds. All rooms have a garden view and are located just a few metres from the main house and reception.
Family Room (3 Adults) (Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom)
Family rooms for 3 have a double and a single bed. All rooms have a garden view and are located just a few metres from the main house and reception.
Twin Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
Each twin room has a double bed, a single bed and a garden view.
The Manor Stables (Double, Sleeps 8, 1 Bedroom)
A self-contained bungalow in the Manor's grounds. Features 1 family room for 4 people, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. A second family room for 3 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also an interconnecting single room. There is 1 family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also a large communal area with settees and tea/coffee making facilities. The Stables can accommodate up to 8 people and a further roll-away bed can be provided on request at an extra cost of GBP 20. This cost includes breakfast. This is not a self-catering facility and takeaway food is not permitted.
Small Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This room has a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite shower room.
