The property offers a shuttle to/from Bristol Airport at an approximate extra cost of GBP 50 per transfer, and to/from Heathrow Airport at an extra cost of GBP 200 per transfer. Prices may vary depending on number of passengers, luggage and vehicle type. Please contact the property directly to arrange. Other transfers can also be arranged prior request. Pets are only allowed in certain room types so please check the room descriptions. Should you have any concerns, or believe that you may require additional assistance during your stay, please contact the property in advance of your arrival to ensure all your requirements are fulfilled. Spa policy from Monday 4th September 2023: Children aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities and have treatments. Located within the historic coaching houses, these rooms have antique features and period characteristics. The rooms overlook the residential area of Bath or a private courtyard. There is a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV and magazines. You will also find slippers, bathrobes, a hairdryer and bottled water. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in this room type. No pets are allowed.
Superior Deluxe Double Room (Triple, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
Located within the historic coaching houses and the main building, these rooms offer antique features and period characteristics. The majority of these rooms overlook the secluded gardens or the residential area of Bath, it benefits from a king-size bed. Slippers and bathrobes are provided and you will also find a flat-screen TV, bottled water, magazines, and a hairdryer. One extra bed can be accommodated in this room type. Please note children above the age of 11 cannot be accommodated in the extra bed. No pets are allowed.
Junior Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This individually decorated suite boasts antique features and period characteristics. An en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV are also featured. One extra bed can be accommodated in this room type. Please note children above the age of 11 cannot be accommodated in the extra bed. Pets are allowed in this room.
Deluxe Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This individually decorated suite boasts antique features and period characteristics. An en suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV are also featured. This room has a sofa bed and can also accommodate an extra bed. Please note children above the age of 11 cannot be accommodated in the extra bed and will be charged £150 per stay for use of the sofa bed Pets are allowed.
Luxury Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This elegantly decorated en suite room features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an iPod docking station, air-conditioning, complimentary toiletries and a work desk. It also benefits from a seating area. Two extra beds can be accommodated in this room type. No pets are allowed.
