The Spinney is an 18th-century country house just 9 minutes' drive from Barnstaple town centre. It is situated in the heart of North Devon, just 7 miles from Exmoor National Park.

Overlooking the front garden with farmland views, this room is not en suite, but it has exclusive use of a private external bathroom with a shower over a large bath. There is a wash basin and luxury toiletries within the bedroom, as well as bottled spring water, chocolates, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a king-size bed.
Superior King Room (Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
With views of both the front and back gardens, this light and airy room has chocolates, bottled spring water, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and an en suite shower room. There is also a large bed with a luxury mattress and a goose down duvet.
