Haus Unterberg is located just a 5-minute walk from Kössen town centre, a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the Bergbahnen Kössen cable car station. Walchsee Lake is 5 km away, and Kufstein and the Kaisergebirge climbing area can be reached by car in 30 minutes.

Units at the Unterberg have a south-facing balcony, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Some units have a living room and 1 or 2 bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The property has a garden with a covered terrace and a seating area. Covered parking and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer are also available for guests.

Hotel guests receive the Kaiserwinkel Card free of charge. This card comprises many benefits in winter and summer, such as admission to many local pools.
