This tiny settlement with local population and tourist bed figures both around the 100 mark, attracts more serious skiers than might be imagined, with nearly half of it's runs graded advanced to expert and a heli-skiing operation running from January to May each year.

The nearest airport to Valgrisenche is Turin Caselle, 109 minutes drive away.

Geneva, Sion, Annecy, Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Bergamo, Chambery, Turin Cuneo and Genoa airports are all within three hours drive.
