Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises. - Quiet hours are from 10pm – 10am each day. - Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund. - Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items. - Please DO NOT use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided - Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit - Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit. - Please keep track of the pool/gym key fob and return it to the unit before check out - Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues. - Have an amazing stay and let us know if you have any questions! :)
