The luxurious Chalet Aquila 8 Penthouse is located on 2 levels and set within a modern chalet. It is only a 3-minute walk from the centre of car-free Wengen and offers ski-to-door access. It provides a shared sauna.

The property overlooks the Lauterbrunnen Valley and features a sheltered balcony with a seating area and excellent views of the Jungfrau and Silberhorn Mountains.

The apartment comprises a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, bedrooms and a ski and bicycle storage room in the basement.

Important Information

Guests will be contacted by the owner to arrange handover of the keys. Wengen is a car-free village. You can reach Wengen only by train. Park your car at Lauterbrunnen Station and take the train to Wengen. The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 15 minutes.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. -one double room with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath -a twin room with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub -a further twin room and guest bathroom with bathtub and shower -a gallery sitting room with cable TV/DVD, 2 double sofa beds, cupboards and separate toilet and basin -underfloor central heating and continuous hot water -open plan kitchen is very well equipped with a large oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridges and dishwasher -kitchen and large dining table look out across the Lauterbrunnen Valley and lead onto a sheltered balcony with a seating area and views of the Jungfrau Mountain and the Silberhorn -there is a further balcony with views towards the slopes and glacier -open plan living room has a comfortable sitting area for 8 and contains cable TV, radio, DVD, free Wi-Fi and a log fire.
