Important Information
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.
