This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrival time is from 16:00 to 20:00. We have a late arrival service from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. which carries a supplement of €89. Check-in is not possible after 00:00. The late check-in service is carried out by an external company and must be contracted and paid for at the latest before 8:00 p.m. the day before your arrival or check-in. For reservations with check-in on the same day, it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, therefore, check-in must be made before 8:00 p.m. A damage deposit of €300 is requested. Payment must be made 14 days before arrival and can only be made by bank transfer. In the event that your reservation is made less than 14 days away, it is mandatory to make the transfer payment on the same day the reservation is made. The damage deposit will only be considered paid once we have received the deposit, and the provision of a bank receipt will not be valid under any circumstances.
