Important Information
Please inform Villa Don Giovanni Fuengirola, Piscina Privada y vistas al mar y a la Montaña in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a final cleaning charge of €150.00 for the Villa, it is not included in the total price, it must be paid on the day of check-in along with the deposit. For clarification, please read additional conditions or contact the Villa or Booking. There is a surveillance camera for access control (outside the house) before reaching the entrance door, recording 24 hours a day. The house has a security alarm and inside it has 3 cameras. They do not record at any time, they only take photos when the alarm goes off. It only works if it is activated and it is very important to activate it when there is no one inside. Notice: Guests are requested to send photo ID or passport to the property.
