Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of KRW 100000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the sauna, fitness centre and indoor pool are closed every first Tuesday of each month. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the club lounge. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the sauna, fitness centre and indoor pool. Buffet meals at Buffet Familia will not operate until further notice. American Breakfast will be served at the Club Imperial Lounge and Cage Delmar instead. Imperial Palace Seoul will be closed starting from January 1, 2022 until the pending date due to total renovation. Further information on reopening will be posted on the hotel's website.
