[Rules of Use]

▪ Check-in is 15:00 / Check-out is 11:00.

*Separate fees apply for early check-in and late check-out. (However, prior inquiry is required)

-Early Check-In: KRW 20,000 per hour (one night’s fee will be charged if you check in before 10:00)

-Late Check-Out: 20,000 won per hour (if you check out after 15:00, one night’s fee will be charged)

*Key loss fee: 10,000 won per key

▪ For the convenience of all guests using Marina Bay Seoul Hotel, all rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area outside the hotel. Smoking inside the room (including electronic cigarettes) will result in a fine of 200,000 won.

▪ If damage occurs to wallpaper, bedding, room fixtures, etc. due to negligence or the act of attaching highly adhesive substances to the walls and ceiling of the room, the hotel may file a claim for compensation for material damage, so please be aware of this when using the hotel. .

▪ The number of people allowed in a room is limited to the maximum number of people per room type, including infants and toddlers.

▪ Cooking is not allowed in all rooms. (Bringing cooking utensils into the room is prohibited / e.g. burner, electric grill, etc.)

▪ Rearrangement or movement of furniture is not allowed to prevent safety accidents in the room and for fear of damage to hotel assets.

▪ The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or physical injury caused by the guest’s fault.

▪ If pets are found to be restricted from entering the room, they will be forced to leave the room.

▪ Fee for guests: 19,000 won for adults, 12,000 won for children (36 months to 10 years old) / Free for children under 36 months (bring supporting documents)

▪ Breakfast must be reserved and paid for at least 1 day in advance using the breakfast QR code provided at the front desk or in the room (payment and use on the day of the meal are not possible)

▪ A notification message will be sent to the mobile phone number entered after payment, and same-day reservations and use are not possible.

[Pool information]

▪ Indoor pool / 3rd floor

- Operation: Open all year round

- Time: 10:00~20:00 / Break time 14:00~15:00 (Free for children under 36 months)

▪ Sky Pool / 17th floor

- Operation: Currently suspended (operating except during winter)

* Swimming pool precautions

▪ Swimming pool use is only available for ‘Premier Family Twin ~ Suite rooms’.

▪ Children must be accompanied by adults.

▪ To ensure smooth circulation of users, usage time is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

▪ Entry may be restricted depending on on-site conditions to minimize congestion.

▪ Pool coupon provided at the front desk upon check-in.

▪ Entry to the rooftop is restricted for children under 48 months for safety reasons, and children over 48 months can only enter during day time when accompanied by a guardian.

▪ Rooftop night time is open to adults only.

▪ You can enter only once during your stay, and cross-use and re-entry are not allowed.

▪ Tubes and water play equipment are not allowed to be brought in (however, wearable tubes are allowed for infants and children/life jackets are provided).

▪ Wear swimsuit/rash guard and swimming cap/cap.

▪ No outside food allowed

▪ Underwater filming and interior filming are prohibited.

▪ E-Mart 24 / Lobby floor

- Hours: Manned 08:00~23:00 / Unmanned 23:00~08:00 (Alcoholic beverages not available for purchase)

▪ Parking is free for one vehicle per room.

▪ Additional charges apply for additional items other than bottled water and towels provided in the room. 1 bottle of water: 1,000 won / 1 towel: 1,000 won

▪ Wi-Fi: No room number/password
