Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is closed and the properties are operating on a self check-in basis. Guests arriving at the property must contact the management team at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a self check-in. A security deposit link will need to be completed and a form of photo ID will need to sent via email. For key collection, guests should report to the left of the Ocean Apartments reception located on the ground floor of block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN. Please note bed linen is not provided for cots. Please note that if a booking is made on the day of arrival, the property will contact the guest for additional details related to their stay. Breakfast packs are not currently available to be added. Please note that the reception is closed and we are operating on a self check-in basis. Guests arriving at our property must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a self check-in and we require a security deposit link to be completed and for some form of photo ID to be emailed to us as well. Staff are on site between the following hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Saturday to Sunday 10:00 – 16:00. There is an emergency after hours contact number for emergency cases. For check-in and key collection please report to Ocean Apartments keysafe location located on the ground floor entrance of block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN. If a booking is made on the day of arrival, the property will contact the guest for additional details related to their stay. A travel cot and/or high chair can be requested for your stay and is subject to availability. Please note bed linen is not provided for cots. Apartments are serviced and fresh linen and towels are provided once a week. Breakfast packs are not currently available to be added. We reserve the right not to accept any bookings made from guests that reside in an EH postcode and the surrounding areas. We reserve the right not to accept single sex groups and/or hen/stag party groups. O ne night stays over a Friday or Saturday will be subject to a £200 security deposit.
