Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: We accept animals in the following houses: Casa do Forno, Casa da Janela, Casa da Escada, Casa do Sol, Casa das Estórias and Casa do Vale. We only accept cats in Casa do Forno, Casa da Janela and Casa da Escada. Charges may apply. Please note that check-in takes place from 15:00 to 21:00. After 21:00 it will be charged a tax of EUR 10 per each extra hour. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, soap, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and one basket of firewood is provided. One pet is allowed upon request and an additional cost.
