This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Tue 17 Sept 2024 until Thu 22 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 60 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchenware or rent them on site. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.
