Early arrivals before 16:00 and late arrivals after 18:30 are possible upon request only. If you arrive outside check-in times, the following fees will apply: - Check-in before 13:00: EUR 50 - Check-in between 13:00 and 16:00: EUR 25 - Check-in between 18:30 and 22:00: EUR 25 - Check-in after 22:00: EUR 50 If you leave outside check-out times, the following fees will apply: - Check-out between 11:00 and 13:00: EUR 25 - Check-out after 13:00: EUR 50 Please note that an extra cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be applied if you smoke in the accommodation. Please note that a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bicycles are not accepted. Please note that upon check-in, you must show a valid ID and the credit card that was used to make your booking. The name on the ID must be identical to the name of the credit card holder.
