The Purple Tree Guest House is a large, extended Victorian house, & is extremely well positioned as it is a short walk from the sea front, the English Riviera Centre, the theatre and shops, bars and restaurants.
Important Information
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for late arrivals, after 20:00, a surcharge of GBP 7 per hour applies. If guests expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform the property in advance. Check-in is not possible after 22.00. Please note that there is no baby cot available. Seasonal outdoor pool open from May to October
