Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform La Suisse Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 220 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. As there is no receptionist on the premises guests must inform La Suisse Apartments 24 hours before arrival date of their estimated arrival time. Please use the contact information on the booking confirmation to do this. Please contact the property 30 minutes before arrival. Please note that the minimum age of guests is over 23 years old. Check-out is 09:00 - 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The building has 3 stories and there is no lift. Assistance with luggage can be provided on request. Guests are required to bring photo identification (driving license or passport) and the card with which the booking was made. There are no refunds for guests leaving before the end of the contract. Only a maximum of 2 people plus 1 child if possible per apartment is permitted and their names and full addresses must be given at the time of booking. The property cannot accept Visa Electron cards.
