A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children staying in existing beds can benefit from the following discounts which will be provided at check-in: - children of age 2 and younger can stay free of charge in existing beds - children of ages 3 to 11 will be charged EUR 10/night when staying in existing beds The maximum of 2 children can stay in 1 room. Please note that the 24-hour management office is located a 15-minute walk from Residence Masna at the following address: Karoliny Svetle 4, Prague 1. Guests are kindly asked to come to this address to pick up their keys. Kindly note that although facilities are the same, studio layouts may differ. Non-refundable pet fee in the sum of 15 EUR / day 100 EUR per stay / pet will be charged. The guests must pay additional refundable security deposit in the sum of 500 EUR upon a check-in. The guests will also be required to sign a pet waiver upon check in.
