Housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 4 nights. These apartments are fully online with no Reception. After providing all guest information required by Czech law together with processing payment, apartment access codes are sent by mail shortly before arrival. The central Reception is at Jilska 9, Prague 1. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
