Naeba's ski area spans over 1,000 acres with elevations reaching up to 1,384 meters. Notable pistes include the 4.5 km-long Daikan run and the impressive Number 2 Gondola, providing access to a range of slopes and off-piste opportunities.

Naeba offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Naeba is Niigata, 161 minutes drive away.

To reach Naeba, travelers can take a train from Tokyo to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, followed by a shuttle bus to the resort. Alternatively, driving from Tokyo takes approximately two and a half hours via the Kan-Etsu Expressway.

When is Naeba open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is late November, and usual closing is Late May.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

Aprés Ski

After a day on the slopes, Naeba offers vibrant après-ski options including the popular Naeba Prince Hotel's bars and restaurants. The resort also features live music and nightlife at venues like the Naeba Night Club.
