Skiing

The mountains at Swain are designed for all skill levels, featuring a variety of runs including the popular 'Hawk', 'Eagle', and 'Falcon' trails. The main lifts, including the 'Chair 1' and 'Chair 2', provide efficient access to the slopes and stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Swain is Rochester, 65 minutes drive away.

Buffalo Niagara, Bradford, Jamestown, Asheville, Ithaca, Williamsport, Syracuse, Binghamton and Knoxville airports are all within three hours drive.

Rochester is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Swain Ski Resort is easily accessible by car, located just off Route 86. The nearest major airport is Rochester International Airport, approximately 60 miles away, offering convenient access for travelers.
