Stowe offers some good boarding and there are a variety of Snow and Terrain Parks in Stowe.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Stowe is Burlington, 45 minutes drive away.

Franklin, Morgantown, Johnstown, Clarksburg, DuBois, Montreal Trudeau, Altoona, Manchester-Boston and Jamestown airports are all within three hours drive.

Burlington is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

The 11 ski lifts are able to uplift 12,326 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, with 120 snow cannons.

Season Dates

When is Stowe open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is late November (Usually opens Saturday before Thanksgiving), and usual closing is Mid April.
