This exclusive B&B retreat is set amongst 3 acres of park-like gardens in Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges. These stylish cottages feature open log fires, deep spa baths and a fully equipped kitchen.
Important Information
Please inform Moulton Park Estate - Cottages in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property has no reception. For key collection kindly refer to the address on the confirmation booking. Please note you will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price at the time of reservation and the remaining amount 14 days before arrival. This property has self-check in and key safe details will be sent after completion of the security bond as per the terms and conditions of booking. Arrival time is any time after 3pm.

Guests staying in the Keepers Cottage can relax on the couch in the living room, in front of the open wood fire place, listen to music or watch TV or a DVD. The open plan bedroom has a 4-poster king-sized bed and an adjacent 2-person spa bath. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet, a vanity and both bathrobes and slippers. There is heating and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, all crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. An antipasto platter are available to order. Gatehouse Cottage (Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This historic, cosy cottage at the entrance to the estate is the original gatehouse for the property. Set in a pretty garden with shady trees in summer, Gatehouse Cottage offers an outdoor veranda, a dining room and a lounge with an open wood fireplace, gas heating, a 2-seater couch, books, music, a TV and a DVD player. There are beautiful stained glass windows and clear windows, which overlook the garden. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is adjacent to a spa room, which has a 2-person spa bath. Both bathrobes and slippers are provided. In a separate bathroom there is a toilet, shower and a vanity. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove top, an oven, a small refrigerator, crockery, glassware, cutlery and saucepans. Free WiFi is provided.
